Within Belgrade Fair ground, there are many offices and exhibiting facilities for periodical renting for organizing cultural, sports and other events, as well as warehouse facilities.

Within the Fair ground, there is a certain number of all class restaurants, fast food booths, luxury and coffee shop / restaurants.
In addition to these facilities, there are a post office, several banks, exchange offices, a first aid facility, several transportation agencies, as well as a Customs Office within Belgrade Fair ground.

Belgrade Fair is organized in such manner that every Exibitor can be provided with full service in one place.
One out of many aspects of services that Belgrade Fair provides is construction and decoration of exhibitor's display. This service is provided by Project Bureau which is a part of Fair's Commerce sector. Construction of stands, exhibitions, presentations and other events can be provided within Fair's premises and in other sites.

EXIBITION HALLS

* The Hall 1 is circular in shape, covered by a dome spanning 109 m, which is at present the largest dome in the world constructed by prestressed concrete.

The maximum ceiling height at the hall crown is 30.78 m. The hall has been constructed in levels: basement, arena, ground floor, 1st gallery, 2nd gallery and the connecting part toward the West Wing. All levels of the hall are used as exhibiting space, other than the basement, where offices, the hall warehouse and auxiliary facilities are located.

All external exhibiting space walls are made of glass from the floor level to the dome.
The hall total area is 21,280 sq. m., of which the exhibiting space 15,030 sq. m.
The hall has got heating and ventilation.


* The Hall 1A is located between the Central Hall and the Hall 2 and it has two levels. However, at the lower one, there are warehouse facilities, garages, offices and auxiliary facilities, whereas at the upper level the exhibiting space is constructed as two smaller facilities, connected and covered by the same roof.

The exhibiting part external walls are in glass from the floor to the ceiling.
The total hall area is 3,333 sq. m., of which only 1,163 sq. m. are used for exhibitions. The hall has got heating.


* The Hall 2 is designed as two connected square parts, each one at two levels, three levels of which are used as exhibiting space and the fourth one for warehouse and auxiliary facilities.

The hall has got also a gallery above the two levels.
Both hall parts are covered by a reinforced concrete shell structure, 9 cm thick.
The hall maximum height in the center 22.6 m.
All external walls of the exhibiting space, other than the two ones at B level, are made of glass from the floor to the spherical section.
The total hall area is 14,427 sq. m., of which 9,239 sq. m. are used as the exhibiting space, and 1,192 sq. m. as a businessmen club.
The hall has got heating and ventilation.


* The Hall 3 is rectangular in shape, with arched walls.

On the shorter sides, the hall has got two levels and a gallery, the basement section of which is used for the warehouse and auxiliary facilities, whereas the ground floor and gallery for exhibiting.

The hall is covered by a reinforced concrete shell structure. The maximum height in the hall center is 20.32 m.
All external walls of the hall exhibition space (other than the ground floor section under the gallery) are made of glass from the floor to the spherical section.

The total area is 8,109 sq. m., of which the exhibiting space of 4,438 sq. m.
The hall has got cooling, heating and ventilation.


* The Hall 3A is rectangular in shape and it connected by terraces to the Halls 2 and 3.

The hall has got two levels having the total area of 2,190 sq. m., of which 1,468 sq. m. is used as the exhibiting space and the rest are offices, warehouse and auxiliary facilities.
Three external walls of the hall exhibiting space are made of glass from the floor to the ceiling.
The hall has got heating and ventilation.


* The Hall 4 is a rectangular reinforced concrete structure, 112.00 x 76.00 m. The Hall has three levels.

The ground floor is used for exhibiting and it has the height of 4.00 m under the gallery, whereas the height in the central part is 8.70 m. It is connected to the East Wing by a passageway.
The hall has got heating and ventilation.


* The Hall 5 is the multi-purpose facility which can feature a wide range of events such as conventions, seminars, concerts, shows, promotions, fairs, exhibitions, etc.

The Hall 5 is located opposite the Hall 3 in a succession of Halls by the river Sava embankment.
It has been refurbished at the beginning of 2009.

The Hall 5 is designed as one-level rectangular facility, with support structure and roofing built of prefabricated steel elements. Aluminium structure with the thermo insulated glass and Hunter-Douglas panels with sound and thermal insulation were used for the facade walls.

The main entrance is located at the Hall's front, approached directly from the Fairground road.
The car park is in front of the Hall.
Technical entrance is on the left, while the sanitary premises and fire-escape doors are on the Hall's right side.
The Hall 5 is equipped with the heating and air-conditioning installations as well as electricity, water, telephone and Internet connections.
